Fashion Eye is a Louis Vuitton‘s collection of travel books, in which several countries around the world are shown through the lens of a fashion photographer. Kourtney Roy, for her volume, leaves to California for showing it us in her ’60s vintage flavor self-portraits.

Young photographer of Canadian origins, Roy now lives in Paris where she works as a fashion photographer thanks to her self-portraits series. In these shots, full of strong critical sense and self-irony, she enjoys playing with classic female stereotypical roles in the California imaginary, using the glamorous side of fashion photography as the key to reading the travel reportage
