#girlupchallenge: Moncler and Girl Up together for girls’ rights

Behind every successful woman, there is a little girl who has believed in herself, her potential, her strength, and her ambitions.
On the occasion of #InternationalDayOfTheGirl, Moncler and Girl Up, a non-profit organization set up in 2010 by the United Nations Foundation, joined forces to highlight this concept and to raise public awareness, support girls’ rights and, above all, their access to education.

In order to do so, they have involved three women who have pursued their dreams and succeeded in achieving all the goals, actress and producer Maisie Williams, activist Nomzamo Mbatha and designer Veronica Leoni who has already collaborated with Girl Up on the 2 Moncler 1952 collection, creating an anorak with the significant inscription “IT’S HER RIGHT”.

The challenge was launched on Instagram with the hashtag #girlupchallenge by Masie Williams and Nomzamo Mbatha with two photos depicting them as girls and continued on Moncler’s profile thanks to many other women who strongly believe in Girl Up’s activities and message: promote the potential of every woman and unite the girls in favor of the cultural change.
