Hélas x FUZI, the capsule collection inspired by graffiti

Andrea Tuzio

Hélas presented Hélas x FUZI, its new capsule collection designed by French artist FUZI, recognized worldwide as the founder of the “IGNORANT” style, a movement with a particular technique where freedom of shapes and ideas prevail.

A graffiti legend, FUZI is a multifaceted artist, who has also made a name for himself as a photographer but above all as a tattoo artist, tattooing the likes of Scarlett Johansson, Justice and Kavinsky.

A project, this one set up by Hélas and FUZI, which reinterprets a series of iconic items of the brand through which the artist shows his universe. The result is a series of pieces featuring FUZI’ s famous comic-book heroine: Porsha Martini (KNIT SWEATER and CHAOS tees), his iconic Ignorantism all over (IGNO long sleeves and UMB Tees), a “street angel” character, a replica of the one he painted 20 years ago on a Paris commuter train (ANGEL hoodies), “High Kicks” logo embroidery on the emblematic Hélas Caps and finally 4 unique and numbered custom jackets, painted with spray.

The lookbook of this capsule collection was shot by photographer Alex Pires in a room of the Dédale Art Center in Vannes entirely decorated with the work “Ignorantism” by FUZI itself.
Thanks to this room, where the eye loses its points of reference, Pires has produced a series of photos that fully represent the DNA of the project playing with perspectives and giving us the impression that the model Karl Salah is levitating among the graffiti.

The Hélas x FUZI capsule collection will be released on Wednesday, August 25 at 10 a.m. on, FUZI’s website and at select retailers.
