Dutch artist Anne-Noor Noortwijk argues that the Chinatowns neighborhoods are cities in cities, worlds in the world, where the extraordinary perfumes and colors of the food of a distant earth spread in the air as if by magic.

In her short video, Les Rouleaux de Printemps has decided to play with dance and oriental music to tell the Los Angeles Chinatown district that she has been attending for a long time to consider her little home away from home, while a narrator in the background tells the recipe of her favorite dish: the spring roll.
