In Ibiza, the radical design of Memphis meets the culture of electronic music, food and conviviality. This is the premise of Seth & Manni’s, the new international deli and bar founded by Seth Troxler and Manfredi “DJ Tennis” Romano, which opened in September 2026 at Marina Botafoch.

For the first time, the project brings Memphis’s official language inside a restaurant, turning a hospitality space into an environment made of shapes, patterns and furnishings with a strong personality. The interiors were curated by designer Toby Gauley, who worked together with Memphis Milano, combining some of the group’s most recognizable pieces with elements designed specifically for the venue.
Among the furnishings are the Carlton and the Casablanca sideboard by Ettore Sottsass, the First stool by Michele De Lucchi, the Rossella lamp by Marco Zanini and the Diva mirror by Sottsass. To these are added a custom bistro table and surfaces covered in ALPI laminates and veneers that echo the patterns and materials associated with the Memphis aesthetic.
The result, however, is not a simple reconstruction of the style of the Eighties. The project uses that irreverent vocabulary to build a contemporary place, designed to be lived in rather than merely looked at. The interventions by artist Tobias Rehberger, including neon lights and installations in the restrooms, also help make the space even more immersive.

The same idea of contamination returns in the menu. The origins of Troxler, who grew up in Detroit, and of Romano, who is Sicilian, meet in a deli that blends family traditions, Mediterranean street food, sandwiches, local ingredients and cocktails. It is a deliberately informal approach, far from the idea of a traditional restaurant.
Seth & Manni’s is thus born as a meeting point where design, music and food share the same space. A project that takes Memphis out of the museum and into everyday life, turning its radical aesthetic into a setting to live in, eat in and move through.
