“You Are My Guest”, the OSGEMEOS exhibition

Giulia Guido

Octavio and Gustavo Pandolfo, better known under the name of OSGEMEOS, have recently inaugurated their staff in Seoul, South Korea. Entitled “You Are My Guest“, the exhibition opens the doors to the world of the two street artists: visitors will find themselves immersed in a space completely dedicated and covered by OSGEMEOS’ works, from graffiti to installations, from gigantic sculptures to multimedia works.

They started in the 90s from Brazil, their native country, creating graffiti in the streets of Sao Paulo, today Octavio and Gustavo represent one of the most interesting personalities of the contemporary and international art scene.

The undisputed protagonists of “You Are My Guest” are the yellow, surreal and anthropomorphic characters, who over the years have become the symbol of the art of OSGEMEOS, in their signature. Through their yellow skinned characters, OSGEMEOS represent a universal human being, who knows no ethnic or racial distinctions.

The solo show “You Are My Guest” by OSGEMEOS opened last July 15 and will be open until October 11, 2020, at the Hyundai Card Storage, an exhibition space located in Itaewon-ro in Seoul.
