PUMA returns to its archive together with NO/FAITH Studios and brings back to life a 2005 silhouette that feels perfectly aligned with the present. It’s called Beisser — from the German word for “to bite” — and its name already hints at its aggressive, predatory attitude. Today, the sneaker returns with a material and visual update that amplifies its character, turning it into an even more sculptural and contemporary object.

The Beisser’s defining feature is its toothed sole, with a pronounced tread that recalls the jaws of a big cat. A detail that felt futuristic in 2005 and that today, in a landscape dominated by exaggerated volumes and hybrid silhouettes, feels surprisingly current. NO/FAITH Studios steps in by emphasizing its rawer side, working with textures and materials that reinforce the shoe’s brutalist aesthetic.

The German brand led by Luis Dobbelgarten wraps the upper in premium brown suede, accentuating the silhouette’s organic, almost animal-like quality. The tactile upper is paired with a slightly distressed sole, creating a balance between industrial precision and handcrafted imperfection. The result is a sneaker that feels already lived-in, more part of a narrative than a simple product.

This new chapter follows the Talon from 2025 and confirms the shared direction of the two brands: exploring PUMA’s heritage through a more radical and contemporary lens, where sport and independent fashion meet.

The PUMA x NO/FAITH STUDIOS Beisser will be available from April 4, 2026 on puma.com, nofaithstudios.com, and at a selection of PUMA retailers, ready to bite into the present with a silhouette that comes from the past but looks straight to the future.
