Anna Carey is an Australian artist who loves to create from scratch, in miniature, the rooms of her memory and who, through the photographic lens, seem to become real and not just fictive architectural spaces.

Halfway between architecture, model-making and photography Anna’s fictitious rooms represent her inner universe and the thought she has towards reality, everyone sees it and lives it in his own way.

For the In Search of Rainbow series, she recreated 7 monochrome rooms inspired by rainbow colors, Australian homes, but also to her imagination where abandoned rooms become places to seek the right quiet for reflection.
