The pandemic has reached every single corner of the Earth, including the small town of South Park, where Stan, Cartman, Kyle and Kenny are preparing to return to school equipped with masks.
And so, with a one-minute trailer, the creators of South Park Trey Parker and Matt Stone announced the arrival of a special one-hour episode dedicated entirely to the pandemic.

South Park has always distinguished itself from other television programs for its frankness, debunking taboo issues related to religion, politics and current affairs, challenging respectability and political correctness through satire, parody and sometimes black comedy.
Often and willingly his episodes have been censored in several countries, but it is precisely the lack of filters that has made South Park one of the most long-lived and successful programs of American TV.
“The Pandemic Special” will be broadcast on September 30 at 8:00 p.m. on Comedy Central.
