We’ve been talking about this for over a year now and now the time has come. Just under 48 hours to the official opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the area inside the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California dedicated to the film saga that began in 1977.
While the opening of the theme park on the west coast will take place on May 31 at 20.20 local time and will be streamed, for the one inside the World Disney World Resort in Orlando (Florida) we have to wait until August 29.
The employees and the lucky few had the opportunity to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in preview and the first rumors, but especially the first photos were shared.
The first to express his enthusiasm was the same Josh D’Amaro, president of Disneyland Resort:
“So proud to introduce you to the inhabitants of Batuu!”
Let’s just hope it’s so beautiful that fans of the saga will forget that after Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, coming out in December, the next three films will be signed by David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, the Game of Thrones showrunners who seem not to have fully satisfied their audience.
