German design studio BNAG has created Body Buddies, a collection of ironic ceramic tools that encourages us to celebrate our flaws: hands, feet, noses-shaped vessels of various sizes, teeth and other parts of the body that can usually create discomfort and embarrassment. In the series there is also a giant tip that acts as an iPhone docking station and a terracotta clock with nipples instead of numbers.

Oliver-Selim Boualam e Lukas Marstaller, founders of BNAG studio, they look with new eyes to the irregularities of the human body and make imperfection perfect through unique pieces made by hand, encouraging people to love their own faults. As the two artists told:

“Each piece is handcrafted by us and acts as a tribute to the beauty and diversity of the human body”.

BNAG considers its ceramics as collector’s items but at the same time exploitable everyday tools. Take a look at the studio’s Instagram profile here.
