Australian paper artist Lisa Rodden creates delicate and detailed works of paper by cutting, sectioning, folding and painting her blank sheets.

Her works are marvels in three dimensions. The small geometric cuts reveal windows of color that create a precise play of color and shadow. The tones appear giving life to a kaleidoscope and chameleon effect. Tactile sculptures with subtle details.

Many of her works are about the beauty of the world around us, details that we miss because we are often too impregnated, because we don’t take the time to learn or to listen or look.
