Dicho, between physical and digital spaces

-

Never as in this period have we had to rethink and re-evaluate the spaces in which we live. Not only our homes, which from a mere domestic place have become offices, studios and classrooms, but also the digital space. The web has taken on the appearance of a physical place, where to meet, where to work, where to study.
This endless interweaving between physical and digital is the theme at the center of Dicho, the new project of (ab)Normal, a multidisciplinary collective, developed on the occasion of the Tiblisi Biennial 2020 and aimed at connecting Milan and Tiblisi in a non-stop dialogue.

Two structures, which represent a place on the borderline between physical and digital, were placed one inside the Triennale in Milan and the other at the Lower Station of Mtatsminda Cable Car in Tiblisi. From these stations, two days ago began a dialogue that will continue until November 4 that will see young spatial designers, new digital content creators, streamers and YouTubers.

The guests of the talks and digital performances will be 2050+, Alessio Grancini, Alvar Aaltissimo, Ana Gzirishivli, Captcha, Covid Room, Dank Lloyd Wright, David OReilly, Forgotten Architecture, Gigi Shukakidze, Gints Gabrans, Iconografie XXI Secolo, Joshua Citarella, Khatia Tchokhonelidze, Koka Vashakidze, Malt Disney, Mariam Natroshvili and Detu Jincharadze, Naomi Accardi, Nika Kutsniashvili, Parasite 2.0, Platform GGI, Ryan Scav, Stavros Stavrides, Tbili Orgia, The Pleasure Paradox, Tinatin Gurgenidze, Vasili Macharadze, Young Agamben, Zura Jishkariani.
