After a record-breaking 2024 edition, the Digital Design Days are raising the bar once again. 2025 will mark a pivotal year for the festival that has long brought together the brightest minds in digital design. For the first time, the format is splitting: on June 27–28, DDDx will debut as a special traveling edition in Sicily, and from October 9–11, the event will return to Milan for the tenth edition of the main event — a highly anticipated and meaningful anniversary.

DDDx brings the spirit of the Digital Design Days to Palermo and its Cantieri Culturali alla Zisa with a program designed to inspire and connect the creative community of central and southern Italy. It’s a chance to bridge local creative energy with major names on the international scene, thanks also to the support of partner Studio 151.

Taking the stage in Palermo will be leading figures such as David Carson, graphic design icon; Ash Thorp, visionary director and designer; Dust Deblanc from Locomotive; Ferdi Alici from studio Ouchhh; Betty Zhiqin Lu of the Field collective; and Dot Lung, queen of social branding. They’ll be joined by Guido Callegari from Runway and representatives from some of the top Italian agencies now recognized globally, including AQuest, Basilico, Ditroit, ET Studio, Gusto, Just Maria, Monogrid, and Six Socks Studio.

With two complementary yet distinct stops, the 2025 Digital Design Days aim to strengthen the connection between technology, creativity, and local identity, turning each host city into a temporary hub of ideas and connections. And Palermo, a growing cultural hub, seems like the perfect place to start this new journey.
