El turista permanente, the hidden side of Barcelona

In the series of shots, El turista permanente, the French photographer, architect and artist Fred Guillaud offers an atypical view of Barcelona, the city that has hosted him for eighteen years.

Always attracted by buildings, their shapes and urban landscapes, Fred Guillaud has rediscovered himself as a tourist in the city where he has lived for almost twenty years. It was enough to turn away from the cliché tourist, from the most popular places, to dwell on semi-empty places, characterized by incredible architecture that make up the daily landscape.

With vivid and bright colors and a photography construction that fits what it is immortalizing, Fred proves that you never know the place where you live all the way.
