14 February is just around the corner and it’s less and less time until one of the most loved and hated holidays of the year.
Valentine’s Day is not for everyone, there are those who celebrate it in the company, those who spend it alone and for others, it is just another day.
We at Collater.al are especially interested in Valentine’s Day for one reason: it’s the time of year when the most original and hilarious business ideas are born. Last year we told you about the Twitter idea, here, but this year we want to focus on a very spicy project, the one created by the online mortgage company Habito.

Habito knows its customers well and knows that finding a house and taking out a mortgage is certainly not one of the most relaxing things ever.
Couples looking for a house then experience the buying process with even more difficulty, putting two heads together is obviously twice as stressful.

So, to rekindle the passion of couples and whet their appetite, “The Road to Completion” was born, a true erotic novel that the company created just for its customers. The signature is by Rocky Flintstone, amateur erotic writer and author of the award-winning podcast My Dad Wrote a Porno, and the project was realised by the British creative studio Uncommon.

The novel is about Sylvia and Tom, a couple in search of a good mortgage offer, and recounts the potential purchases, the long searches and the most intimate backgrounds. To enrich each description there is then Sebastian Schwamm, the author of the illustrations that accompany each page.

Needless to say, the one created by Habito is a unique and original publishing project, obviously in limited edition.
