Last night HBO finally gave an answer to the fateful question: When is the last season of Game of Thrones coming out?

The first teaser trailer, which was broadcast in America during the first episode of season three of True Detective, confirms that the first episode of season eight of GoT will be broadcast on April 14, 2019.

But in addition to giving this news the short video entitled: Crypts of Winterfell, reveals much more. Sansa, Arya, and Jon Snow are in the crypt of Winterfell and are confronted with the statues of their deceased ancestors, Lyanna Stark, sister of Ned and mother of Jon, Lady Catelyn, and Ned Stark. Their voices rumble through the dark corridors until the three young Stark arrive in front of the statues of themselves. What does this comparison mean? Maybe they too are destined to die?

There is no time to reflect because winter has finally arrived and the frost begins to freeze everything, the floor, the statues and even the feather that fell from the hands of the statue of Lyanna. It may seem like a secondary element, but, instead, we all remember Robert Baratheon, in the first episode of the first season, placing it on the hands of the statue. Perhaps the strangers are ready to conquer everything, but it will not be an easy task. The production has, in fact, stated that in the eighth season we will see the biggest battle ever seen on the small screen. The countdown has started and the race for the throne will begin on April 14, 2019.
