Japanese design, shapes and function, this has always been the formula that identifies the story of Goldwin and so is the new FW21, just released. The collection consists of two release, one of the Outdoor drop and the other of the Athletic one, more aimed at athletes, especially runners and trail runners. To ensure performance, the drop includes technical garments designed to protect against wind, cold and water, as well as being lightweight, thanks to the PERTEX® QUANTUM ECO fabric.
Experimentation with materials is also a feature of the Outdoor line. The collection is tied more to the city but is composed of unusual cuts and technical garments that can also be worn in the nature. An example that encapsulates some of the features of Goldwin’s new FW21 is the FLY AIR PULLOVER shell, made of three-layer GORE-TEX® that allows it to be used even in the high mountains. For brands like Goldwin, the goal is to continuously find new solutions, give alternatives and inspire technical research. Creating jackets (such as the GORE-TEX® INFINIUM DOWN JACKET) padded with a new material composed of ceramic particles only partially reflects the quality of Goldwin’s FW21.
