There are those who spent the lockdown working out or devoting themselves to activities they never found the right time for, but there are also those who spent it literally cutting out denim. This is the case of Ian Berry.
Called “Lockdown Living Room”, the internationally renowned artist has transformed and upholstered his entire living room in recycled denim.
In fact, every element of his living room is now blue in color, from the couch to the record player everything is completely reupholstered.
A so perfect realization, cared for in every detail, that it is part of his large solo exhibition at Museum Rijswijk in the Netherlands, running until April 5.
There was plenty of time to get everything done, and he certainly didn’t get bored, perhaps, for him, the hours even flew by.
