London Fields’ official trailer has come out after a long anticipation. The film is based on a Novel by Martin Amis, one of the most influential English authors of our time (he Also wrote Money and Times Arrow).

The story is set in a dark a dystopic London, home of a young beautiful woman who becomes involved in a number of sinister love affairs that will inevitably bring her to death. London Fields, as previously mentioned, was ready for distribution three years ago but it was caught up in an abundance of legal problems which caused a considerable delay of its cinematographic debut. The film, written by Amis himself is directed by Mathew Cullen (his first movie as a director). The cast is also remarkable. In fact, we will see stars such as Amer Heard, Cara Delevigne, Billy Bob Thornton, Theo James and indeed, Johnny Deep (in a short appearance).

We don’t have an official date of release, but we know that it will come out at the end of this summer. Meanwhile, you will find the trailer here.
