Ludo is back again! The French street artist has given to Paris two more artworks.
After the latest works, we talked about them here, Ludo has chosen as always the streets of the French capital, his favorite place, for the new ones.
As confirmed on his social media the street artist Ludo gave his hometown two works entitled: “Parisian Ketchup” and “Nature Morte ‘Netflix’”.
While he had previously surprised us with two surreal posters, this time the artist is targeting two world-renowned companies, the reigning French football team, Paris Saint Germain and the film and TV series company, Netflix.
The protagonist is always the green, his distinctive feature, used in all his works, with which the artist wants to emphasize the natural element of these hybrid creatures.
He re-interprets and uses the logos of the two multinationals in an ironic way. The famous Parisian dream team becomes a big tomato supported by an angel as if the artist wanted to entrust the Psg season in his hands, avoiding the errors and the bad figures in which the team has stumbled in previous years.
While Netflix attracts the most criticism and attention, the work symbolizes a still life, withered for good. Further criticized in the artist’s Instagram profile, with the phrase: “The Revolution Will Not Be Televised”, a clear and precise attack to American society.
An artist never banal, always able to convey a deep message behind all his work.
