The Japanese simplicity of Nendo Studio’s collections

The collaboration between Zens, the brand specialized in interior and industrial design, and Nendo Studio continues with two new collections, the set of bowls Fungi and the set of cups and teapots Plank.

As always, the creations signed by Oki Sato, founder of Nendo Studio, are characterized by simple shapes, soft colors, and comfort.

For example, the seven bowls of the Fungi line are of different sizes and colors and can be arranged in various combinations. By stacking them from the largest to the smallest they really seem to mushroom that grow close to a tree, one on top of the other.

The Plank tea set also reflects the Nendo philosophy in every respect. Here, ceramics and wood alternate, creating a simple but effective play of contrasts between textures and paying homage to Japanese tea culture. Real design objects to show off with friends and family.
