Some time ago we told you about Nike‘s latest projects and how they represent the future of the Beaverton company.

Thanks to the Nike Design Exploration project, which also includes the ISPA series and shares the principles on which the collection is built, Nike presented “Every Stich Considered”, a series of items and accessories designed and created bearing in mind the thousands of data accumulated over the years by Nike on the athletes performance and body movement, all declined in an urban key to make them perfect for everyday life in the city, a real lifestyle collection.

A mostly genderless collection of neutral colors consisting of sweatshirts, parkas, cardigans, field jackets, polo shirts and longsleeves combined with baggy shorts and long pants extremely versatile, as well as accessories such as beanies, tots and helmet bags. All the pieces of the collection are equipped to cope with all kinds of weather conditions.

“Innovation arrives when you become so familiar with a process that you allow yourself the opportunity to reinvent it. With that in mind, Nike Design Exploration asks us to push the boundaries of the familiar, exploring new territories of creativity and expertise”, these are the words on the sidelines of Kurt Parker‘s presentation, VP Apparel Design by Nike, who added: “Every Stitch Considered is ultimately a sportswear-inspired lifestyle collection, but our unique understanding of the body in motion, based in decades of scientific study, paired with dedicated old-world Italian craftsmanship, sets these garments apart as distinct, timeless articles”.

“Every Stitch Considered” will be available on Nike.com and in selected retailers from October 26th.
