In 2015, the arrival of the first adidas NMD helped usher in an important season for the sneaker game, which saw adidas as one of the main architects in that defining operation of sneaker culture. Around those first NMD models a large segment of fans consolidated, marking decisive milestones in the history of streetwear and contemporary fashion more generally.
The German brand after years has presented a new chapter in the NMD saga with the new V3, a silhouette that revisits the concept of the first model in a new, more contemporary key, adapted to a new idea of footwear and to a new way of experiencing the city and movement.

The new adidas NMD V3 follows the idea of creating a sneaker for a life on the go and the material choices reflect this concept. The sole could only be made of BOOST while the upper, made of mesh, wraps entirely around the foot and is made of a yarn composed of 50 percent Parley Ocean Plastic, the result of the collection of plastic waste recovered from remote islands, beaches, coastal communities and shorelines. The new idea of movement and the future that adidas looks to is also reflected in these innovations, in the possibility of “creating new paths,” as also expressed in the claim of the campaign in which Brazilian artist Anitta, Argentine DJ and producer Bizarrap, and Real Madrid captain Karim Benzema participated.
