Noah, a New York-based brand founded by Brendon Babenzien, has always shown a unique taste and approach in the projects it pursues.
This time, the brand has paid homage to one of the most influential British bands of the glam rock, new romantic and synthpop scene at the turn of the 70s and late 80s.
Formed in London in 1970, Roxy Music immediately highlighted their experimental and bold style from both a sound and aesthetic point of view. Since the beginning of their career they showed a very different sensibility compared to the groups that shared with them the British music scene, especially with their first self-titled album in 1972. Among the founding members of the band we find the likes of Brian Eno, Paul Thompson and Bryan Ferry. In 2019, Roxy Music was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Their glam rock aesthetic – along with that of frontman Ferry, whose attire over the years became increasingly sophisticated – and romance mixed with humor, made Roxy Music an all-around landmark of British music in those years.
They have never traded their true essence but rather, have always shown their true identity by pushing fans to do the same, to embrace their true selves by emphasizing the power and strength of diversity. Over the years they have managed to build a visual world whose appeal is still extremely relevant today.
Noah’s homage to Roxy Music consists of a capsule collection consisting of a tiger print bomber jacket with “Roxy Music” printed on the inner lining, a button-down shirt with graphics, t-shirts, accessories and more.
The Noah x Roxy Music collection will be released in Noah stores and at Dover Street Market and online at the New York-based brand’s web shop on Thursday, September 30.
