The invention reflects, in this case, the concept of versatility. The possibility of adaptation. And why not? Spirit of survival.
“Nomadic Life” is precisely the name of a series of transportable objects made by the Mexican product designer Gerardo Osio.
The main inspiration is the Japanese culture, in particular, the two religions that dominate it: Buddhism and Shintoism. Every object in the series, born of natural materials (copper, wood, leather, straw, cotton, stone), is capable of transforming familiar something that, in its origin, isn’t familiar.
The path, the moving, the travel, become, because of the presence of the “Nomadic Life” protagonist, more “ours”, more “home”.
Hako is the name of the wooden box containing Goza, a rug made of straws, Zafu, the Japanese cotton pillow. Then, to conclude, a candle and a vase of flowers.
