Rob Mulholland is a British artist who has been commissioned by Morecambe Bay Partnership to create a site-specific installation that enhances the history of landscape in northwest England. The artist has created some mirror sculptures made in the shape of mirror houses and human figures, which have the task of reflecting images of local rural landscape.
The project is part of the Headlands to Headspace initiative, which is working to protect the natural habitats of Morecambe Bay, such as salt pans, sand dunes, coastal limestone meadows, and forests.
The human shapes seem almost evanescent, as if they were part of a daydream, look at the pictures in our galley and visit the artist’s website.
