In Paris, a new exhibition celebrates fashion history through one of the most iconic characters in pop culture: Snoopy. Snoopy in Style: A History of Peanuts and Fashion, set up at the Hôtel du Grand Veneur in the heart of the Le Marais district, will be open until April 5. The exhibition pays tribute to Peanuts by exploring the evolution of the characters’ outfits and their impact on popular culture.

Curated by the Charles M. Schulz Museum with support from Sarah Andelman, the exhibition features a selection of rare official Peanuts merchandise alongside exclusive collaborations with some of the most important contemporary brands and creatives, from Kaws to Converse. In addition to showcasing Snoopy’s connection to the fashion world—with pieces from Chanel, Fendi, and Vivienne Westwood—the exhibition also highlights how Peanuts anticipated cultural shifts. For example, Charlie Brown didn’t wear his iconic zig-zag shirt in his first appearance, while Peppermint Patty’s approach to school attire foreshadowed legislative changes in dress codes for girls.

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the comic strip, a series of collectible items—each limited to just 75 pieces—will be available for purchase at the exhibition shop and on Highsnobiety Shop. Among the most sought-after pieces are a GMT watch with phosphorescent details by Bamford, a reissue of the 1985 K-Way jacket, a large King Snoopy sculpture by Leblon Delienne and Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, and an exclusive collaboration between Baccarat and Sarah Andelman featuring a Cartoon Friendly Snoopy with engraved details and a Miki hat by Béton Ciré.
