By now, the news of the collaboration between Stone Island and New Balance is common knowledge, not least because the two companies involved have already unveiled this joint venture that we can’t wait to hear more about.

Through a post on its Instagram profile, Stone Island talked about how the collaboration with the Boston-based company is a project developed by Tokyo Design Studio, the innovation hub for New Balance products. 

New Balance’s research and development department has two locations, one inside the Boston headquarters, the other in the Nihonbashi Hamacho district of Tokyo, and is responsible for projecting the American brand into the future through innovation and developing cutting-edge products from all points of view. 

Thanks to the Tokyo Design Studio, the two brands, which have signed a long-term partnership, aim to enhance their perception, make products that reflect their know-how and thus focus on aesthetics, performance and comfort, and engage their respective fans on this joint project. 

For now we do not have any further information on the collaboration Stone Island | New Balance but it is likely that in the coming months will be unveiled release dates and news on what will be the products of this long-awaited project.
