A few weeks ago Collater.al told you about the new VLogo Signature Vol.II, Valentino’s artbook in which the brand’s logo was reinterpreted by 26 magazines and creatives, with the collaboration of the artistic director of the fashion house Pierpaolo Piccioli.
Now the book has become a three-dimensional installation inside Casa Flash Art, the space that houses the headquarters of the historic contemporary art magazine Flash Art. The installation can be visited until 10 December in Via Durini, 24 in Milan, following a path that combines languages of great photographers, art directors and stylists, reinforcing Valentino’s mission to think of fashion as an inner world through which to communicate.
The words of the book that accompany the images are written by Gea Politi and Cristiano Seganfreddo, editors of Flash Art, continue on the walls, creating an atmosphere of unpredictable creativity that takes the viewers inside the atelier of Pierpaolo Piccioli.
To complete the immersive experience, there are also drawings from Valentino’s style office and a video that tells the story of the VLogo, through a voiceover, while it is reflected in the water.
