Even the American dream has a domestic reality, made of a home, an everyday life and objects.

The series of the photographer Bree Lamb, A House, A Home, focuses on the latter: Bree isolates the objects of everyday use, immortalizing them on colorful backgrounds and indirectly asking herself  how much something simple as the domestic life is actually full of levels to discover and challenging them when she puts them out of their natural habitat.

It’s a photographic trial to the convention and consume as a basis of the American popular culture, with pastel tones of course.
