The artwork of Truly Design Crew inspired by Pink Floyd

Inspired by one of the most famous Pink Floyd albums in the world, Truly Design Crew has created “The dark side of the moon”.
Gorgeous artwork done in a historic 20th century building.

Taking the famous elements of the cover of the English band’s album, the Italian collective has transformed the building tripling the famous prisms and exploding colors in the white wall of the building.

We can say that now “their dark side” offers many more nuances to those to which we have always been accustomed.
A painstaking work that required the use of spraypaint to be realized in detail.

As always, everything is done in their unmistakable style, thanks to which they are known throughout the world not only in Italy.
Truly Design Crew has always specialized in 3D graffiti and anamorphic art. Anamorphosis is an ancient artistic technique that distorts images through an optical illusion created by perspective.

Each of their anamorphic works is conceived as a complement and enrichment to the environment in which it is located, creating new interactions with each painting. And what emerges is a unique blend of urban aesthetics, abstract geometric codes, and immersive, site-specific experiences.

From historical buildings but also to public ones, here’s what they’ve been up to a few months in Rome’s airport. A huge Da Vinci, an optical illusion that will surely make you lose your head.

It all started in Turin in the late 90s, until the artists Mauro149, Rems182 and Ninja1decided to found the collective in 2007. Since then, their art continues to move forward, keeping up with the times, if not faster even.

The four styles of the founders have given rise to a well-defined artistic project in the landscape. Now we leave you with a selection of their works that have impressed us the most, in addition to the latest arrival “The dark side of the moon”.
