Japan as a symbol of this collaboration between BAPE and COMME des GARÇONS.
The two brands, both born in the country of the Rising Sun, will collaborate to celebrate the opening of a new store COMME des GARÇONS in Osaka where BAPE will have a retail space. Osaka is the largest city in Japan after Tokyo, and has always thrived as a center of economy and culture in the Kansai region.

The interior design of the new store, which will be located along Midōsuji, Osaka’s main and luxury street in Shinsaibashisuji district, was designed by the founder of COMME des GARÇONS, Rei Kawakubo.
Japan’s most influential stylist and designer, she has boldly reinvented the style of Bape stores and made it unique.
The project includes a co-branded capsule collection whose release date is unknown.
