Romantic, moody and even slightly extravagant are the shots of Santiago Perez, a photographer born and raised in Buenos Aires, now based in Berlin.
His art does not follow any precise rules, but respects the aesthetics of editorial photography that pays attention to details, compositions and subjects.
His images live in the photographic set, constructed and studied in advance, and in the meantime they detach themselves from it in favour of a more symphonic and tempered narrative.
Looking at his photographs we can perceive the importance of the role of the team that worked behind the scenes, the attention to the environments, the lights, the concepts and the moodboard that inspired them. Every detail is a fragment of a great orchestra working together to build a balanced and harmonious story, never predictable.
