Functionality, comfort and versatility are the elements around which Woolrich‘s Fall/Winter 2021 collection revolves. With a history of almost 200 years made of tradition and innovation, the American brand continues its tradition of the outdoor brand moving from urban landscapes to natural ones in a sort of progressive journey projected into the digital era, in which the protagonists explore new paths in search of unexplored territories and dialoguing with the elements (wind, rain, snow).

The first drop of the season, Charming Versatility, is based on the ability to adapt to sudden changes in weather conditions, the Deepsix Overshirt is made of a water-repellent recycled nylon shell and down that is also recycled and features a packable construction. The women’s Silas Short Jacket with Primaloft® continuous filament insulation provides warmth even in adverse conditions. The men’s Arrowood 2-in-1 Field Jacket and women’s Meade Hoody offer the perfect protection against the rain.
This first part of the collection features a color palette of muted mineral tones, from cooler blues to warmer beiges, that are versatile and suitable for layering.

The second drop of the season, Authentic Comfort, focuses on the brand’s extensive archive of tried-and-true yet highly functional fabrics. The men’s Mountain Cotton Como Jacket and Barrier Overshirt feature water-resistant British Millerain waxed cotton as does the women’s Conway Waxed Cotton 2-in-1 Parka. The Polar Luxury Eco Wool Parka, made with exclusive dye-free Black Sheep eco-wool is wind and water-resistant thanks to Loro Piana Green Storm System® technology. The famous Aleutian vest, the men’s Sierra Knitted Jacket is enriched with removable microfiber sleeves in a reinterpretation of a very popular model of the American brand.
The colors of this second drop are military-inspired, from olive green to beige to burnished orange hues.

At the heart of the third drop in the collection, Iconic Performance, is the partnership with Gore-Tex®.
Models like the men’s High Tech Wool Like Parka and High Tech Quilted Long Jacket on one side and the women’s Tacony Bomber and Tacony Long Parka on the other feature Gore-Tex®’s Infinium technology, an extremely lightweight, foldable, windproof, water-resistant and exceptionally breathable fabric.
In this latest drop, we find an understated palette of muted blues, creamy whites, ivory and grays flanked by vibrant touches of purple and green.

Woolrich’s Fall/Winter 2021 collection, presented Monday the 18th, is dedicated to those who love adventures in natural and urban settings, who follow their goals regardless of the difficulties, which become a stimulus to continue and personal enrichment.
