Feridun Akgüngör is a young artist and art director from Istanbul. He has devoted himself to a number of works including Minimal Pure, which consists of a series of photographs depicting cuts in architecture and making them minimal. The background is dominated by a completely clear and lively sky.

Only a few distant elements, such as clouds, an airplane or the flight of a bird, offer a minimum of movement that breaks the tranquility of these clean and relaxing photos. The artist helps himself with the use of software with which he retouches his photos for a truer and more real result, making the colors less real but of great effect. The blue, that changes from water green to yellow, contrasting with the orange, white and red of the architectures.

The Minimal Pure series evokes moments of rest, where more than in a photo, the moment is still in time and gives peace to the senses.
