A few years ago Andrea David, a young student in tourism management, gave life to the filmtourismus project.

Andrea, to write her thesis on the influence of cinema on tourist choices, began to travel in search of the places that have made sets for films and TV series. Once she graduated she has not stopped traveling, feeding on her blog and her Instagram profile.

Once she has arrived at the chosen location, she takes photographs of the landscape, aligning the pre-printed images of the scenes shot there. In this way, the fiction enters into dialogue with its real background.

So, traveling between the Cambodia of Lara Croft, between the walls of Hogwarts and the beaches of Game of Thrones, more and more people began to follow her adventures, reaching today 176 thousand followers.
