Imagine the Danish fjord of Mariager, the seawater ice-blue flattened by the cold wind, the mountains rising inland covered by a dark green mantle of pine trees and enjoy the starry sky that can be glimpsed between one branch and another. It is perhaps this imagery that inspired Berlin architect Sigurd Larsen when he designed the Løvtag.
The entire Hotel Løvtag consists of 9 cabins – one of which has now been completed – which can accommodate up to four people each.
The suite is designed as a real treehouse, located 8 meters above the ground, whose structure is mainly a sturdy central tree.
The house consists of all the necessary comforts and spaces, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. Last but not least, the terrace can be reached by means of an internal staircase with the same surface area as the entire floor plan.
The cabins of the Hotel Løvtag are perfectly hidden among the trees, thanks to the dark metal and wood exterior cladding and, finally, the large windows allow you to make the most of the natural light and, above all, to live in real contact with nature.
