Insta_repeat is the account that groups all similar photos on Instagram and approaches them: the result is impressive because the images are very similar to each other.

After a general look, it is clear that photos are not so bad, but they look all the same. How boring.
Obviously, this leads to some reflections: in recent years Instagram has contributed to creating an imaginary with common characteristics and the consequence is the realization of a new aesthetic code.
So we can not condemn users who simply follow a visual trend or feel represented by a certain imagery, but if the photographs on social media represent desires of humanity, dreams and experiences, it becomes paradoxical to see thousands of images that are equal. That’s why the account Insta_repeat plays on the seriality with which these photos are made, designed and shared.
