Manuel Pita, aka Sejkko, tells the meaning of "home" through his photographic project Lonely Houses.

Manuel Pita, aka Sejkko, is a man of science in love with photography.

Used to working every day with the complex systems of artificial intelligence, hides in his art all his childhood memories.
His stage name of Japanese origin means “sincere son” and “the power of truth“, qualities which seeks to express through every photo.

In the series of photographs Lonely Houses, Sejkko captures traditional Portuguese houses, his home country, edited to become as similar as possible to how his eyes see them.
Transporting them from their real-world context to celestial wallpapers often spotted by clouds, seems to turn them into a sensation.

In the sense of perfection and warmth that only a home can offer.
