Now on the popular game developed by Swedish programmer Markus Persson is about to land the map of one of the most beautiful Italian cities, Venice. In fact, on the occasion of the celebrations for the 1600th anniversary of the City of Venice, the M9 Museum in Mestre, in collaboration with Maker Camp, has decided to launch this new project.

An educational project that aims to raise awareness among players and also future tourists on important issues such as ecology and preservation of the territory. The capital of the Veneto region, in fact, in addition to being a unique place in the world that includes both island and mainland territories, is a very very fragile city.

Players will be able to encourage the use of the gondola, through a ready “gondola sharing” service, so as to use highly polluting vehicles as little as possible, especially at sea.
But that’s not all, each player will also be able to sanction polluting vehicles and intervene to restore the correct use of exhaust gases.

In addition, it will be possible to create urban gardens, to rediscover the value of the land, increasing the collaboration between citizens and farmers to produce fresh fruit and vegetables.
