With 22 days to go until the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympic Games, Nike SB presents the kits of four nations that will bring the Skateboarding team to the Olympics, which for the first time is recognized as an Olympic sport.

Designed by artist and former skateboarder Piet Parra, USA, Giappone, Brasile e Francia he U.S., Japan, Brazil and France will dress up Nike SB’s colorful kits in what is poised to be a historic moment for skateboarding.
Inspired by Japanese art, each of the four kits is distinguished by a peculiar combination of colors: the United States will have as predominant colors blue, red and a fresh aqua blue; for Japan we find pink, orange and red to contrast the aqua blue; Brazil will sport its classic colors, green, yellow and blue; while France will wear a kit with a mix of blue, red, orange and pink.

From a technical point of view, each kit is built with a woven yarn designed not to stick to the skin of the skater, always ensuring maximum breathability even in the scorching heat that characterizes the summer in Tokyo.

The Nike SB Olmypic kits will debut in July at the Tokyo Games and will be worn by the likes of skateboarders Nyjah Huston, Yuto Horigome and Leticia Bufoni before being released later this summer on Nike’s website.
