Among the most interesting photography events to be announced in the coming months is definitely PhMuseum Days, the exhibition scheduled from September 23 to October 2 in DumBO’s Spazio Bianco in Bologna.
For the second year, the event will host an exhibition of shots taken by Italian and international artists, as well as talks, screenings and a section dedicated to independent photography publishing. 
The theme of PhMuseum Days 2022 is Today Is Yesterday’s Tomorrow, which appears both as a reflection on time in relation to the contemporary space in which we live and as an awareness of the responsibility our actions have on a world we might not live in but which we are dramatically affecting.

In many of the series that will be presented at PhMuseum Days, the theme of the future and especially the past is central to the depiction of the subjects. Among and other themes addressed by the photographers are those related to weapons in Russia, stories of immigration to Greece, addiction to love but also a quest to reconstruct one’s family’s past through a small detail such as fingerprints.
