Robert Montgomery is one of those artists who use the power of speech to produce conceptual art, writing short poems on huge neon signboards. Through his artistic-conceptual practice, the artist comes to develop his work on various levels: that of the message, that of language and that of harmony with the surrounding context.
Through the artist’s installations and work-landscape relationship, the viewer feels himself to be both emotional and sensorial participating, becoming part of a “total” artistic project.
We also remember that Robert was selected for the 2012 Biennale of Kochi-Muziris and exhibited his works all over the world. Follow him on Instagram and on his website here.
