As it often happens, Rolands Zilvinskis I found him on Instagram, a social network that is increasingly used by artists to show their works. Well, attracted by an image with a guy looking at the phone, from which dozens and dozens of likes come out that hit his face hard, I ended up on Rolands’ profile and immediately fell in love with him.

The digital artist was born in Latvia, but in 2008 he moved to Ireland, to Dublin, where he still lives and works today, to study Graphic Design. His passion for this kind of work comes from photography, then, experimenting with digital manipulation and modifications, he dedicated himself to graphics, first as a self-taught and then specializing.

What most characterizes his works is a strong realistic component that will force you to look at the image more closely, for longer. However, until you understand the “deception” you will think that the one presented by Rolands Zilvinskis is the reality.
