It’s a familiar feeling, even for the most accurate of us, to leave the house without the convention of having done everything as we should have done at the time.
Did I lock the door? Did I turn off the stove? The windows? The bath water?

Frederic Siegel, 2D animation designer, in his short movie Ruben Leaves tells exactly the feeling of panic that surrounds us in the moment in which we are moving away from home.
Ruben’s mind travels a lot and crazy scenarios, maybe slightly exaggerated, causing him anxiety and fear.
About what?
About thieves, small flies that turn into ravens, about fire and flooding.

Maybe a bit extreme, but better than finding a fawn in your living room, I guess.
