Threatened species replace the Crocodile in Lacoste’s “Save Our Species” collection
The capsule collection "Save Our Species" is the result of the collaboration between Lacoste and IUCN to help 10 threatened animals species.
Iberian lynx, mountain chicken, Yemeni mouse-tailed bat, these are just some of the animal species at risk of extinction, of which there are only a few hundred representatives in the world and they are the ones who take the place of the famous crocodile of Lacoste in the capsule collection “Save Our Species“.
The initiative was born from the collaboration between the French brand and IUCN, the International Union of Conservation of Nature.
The collection has 10 classic white polo shirts on which the small hot applied logo is replaced by another one, depicting one of the endangered species.
Save Our Species Lacoste will be available from 22 May, International Day of Biological Diversity, each in a different city except for one that will be available online. Below you will find a list of the species represented and their respective points of sale.
