For many people, no, but for Studio Ghibli fans this has been a very lucky year and continues to be so. After the arrival of all the movies on Netflix, the creation of backgrounds for video calls with the most iconic locations of the movies, the possibility to make a virtual tour of the Studio Ghibli Museum and the release of the first images of the next movie “Earwig and the witch“, the Studio Ghibli continues to amaze its loyal fans with the publication of over 400 images of some of the most famous movies. 

In the official website of the studio founded in 1985, a section has appeared where you can download 400 free frames of 8 films: From Up On Poppy Hill, Ponyo, Spirited Away, The Tale of The Princess Kaguya, The Secret World of Arrietty, Tales From Earthsea, When Marnie Was There, e The Wind Rises. 

In a small note, producer Toshio Suzuki recommends fans to use these images with common sense. Now we can only hope to publish images from other movies!
