Summer is, for many, synonymous of love.
Whether it’s love for a place, love for a local resident, or love for the person you’re going with.
Whether it’s love for a bit of deserved the free time or the desire to find love during that spare time.
Every summer has its love story, happy or sad that it is.

Summer of Love, the short video by the illustrator and independent animator Marcie Lacerte, wanted to point out the sad lap of the thing, telling the story of a woman coming from the sea who saw her heart break countless times.

With irony and a bit of reluctance, maybe next summer will be better.
