A few hours ago Supreme released its latest video starring one of the best-known faces of American stand-up comedy, the legendary Katt Williams.
Williams began his career in Evanston, Cincinnati, where he was born in 1971. By 1999 he was already one of the most successful stand-up comedians in America, and from 2006 to 2008 HBO produced four of his shows projecting him into the global entertainment elite.
As an actor he has participated in several TV series such as My Wife and Kids, The Boondocks (as a voice actor) and Atlanta (thanks to which he won an Emmy in 2018 as Outstanding Guest Actor In a Comedy Series), as a rapper, he has affiliated with the New York crew The Diplomats and released his first album in 2009, It’s Pimpin’ Pimpin’.

n the video that lasts 6 minutes and 54 seconds, Williams wears a classic white box logo T-shirt and a suit featuring a barbed wire print, in his monologue, he tackles current issues with his classic desecrating and at the same time very profound style.

He speaks to an audience that is obviously not present complaining about the President of the United States Donald Trump and his work, mocking him as a “perfectly suitable clown”. He shouts Black Lives Matter inciting all those who are watching to do the same thing, he is moved talking about the protests that arose after George Floyd’s murder by the Minneapolis police, he talks about New York and its secrets, about the COVID-19 pandemic inviting everyone to wear the mask and finally, he returns to the topic that more than any other deserves amplification, racial equality.
